Tour details

Tour du Mont Blanc (known as TMB) is the most famous multi-day alps hiking journey in Europe.  Mont Blanc (French), Monte Bianco (Italian), or “White Mountain”, is the highest mountain in the European Alps at an imposing 4,810m (15,781 ft). The ~160km / 100mi tour follows well maintained trails through France, Italy, and Switzerland as it leads hikers around the Mont Blanc massif.

The Taste of the Tour of Mont Blanc delivers all the experiences of the full TMB tour but within three days. You’ll walk along spectacular balcony trails overlooking Mont Blanc Massif and the Chamonix valley, pass by beautiful turquoise alpine lakes, and stand on the border between France and Switzerland on a high mountain pass.

Experience the best of the TMB in a condensed three day tour. Great for those who want to know if they have what it takes to complete a multi-day hike in the Alps or those with time constraints that can’t commit to the entire TMB.

Note: This tour requires a return gondola ride. Tickets can be purchased on the day at the ticket office (either top or bottom).
